I can’t say enough good things about Forever Smile Troy! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to making you feel comfortable—especially Dee. She’s such a kind and genuine person who goes out of her way to make sure you’re at ease during every visit. You can tell she really cares about the patients and takes pride in what she does. The office is clean, modern, and runs very efficiently. I’ve never had to wait long, and every appointment has been smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re going in for a routine cleaning, braces, or more extensive work, you’re in excellent hands here. I had an orthodontic appliance (retainer) made in December 2024. The retainer fit well on right side but was causing pain to left side and disturbing my sleep. I figured it was new and required some getting used to. Unfortunately, it still felt uncomfortable. I called the Troy office and explained my frustration and I felt that my tooth had shifted, and expressed my concern. I also have an implant on that side, too. The office manager/technician denied that the tooth could have shifted and/or that the appliance was ill fitting. However, I expressed that it felt tight on one side, and I was concerned that my dental work could be changed due to the fit and discomfort. I inquired about an orthodontist being in the office to examine me and the office manager/technician denied there was an orthodontist there to examine such issues. I expressed my distrust in this process and requested an appointment. The office manager/technician gave me a date and time. However, also stating, "If you feel that way maybe you should go elsewhere." Shortly after, I received an email stating that I was dismissed from their services. My Forever Smile in Troy is the best of the best. The staff is so loving and welcoming! Always greeting you, always have a smile and never once have done anything wrong. I just had my braces taken off and I can't stop smiling. I went to a different place before coming here and they wanted to charge me 4,500 for 4 years. I took my siblings advice (they also came here) and called them for an appointment. I was surprised by the price and put my braces on the same day! I had Dee work with me for 2 years and this lady is AMAZING!!! she is so loving, caring and most of all patient. I also had Merna work on me for little and she is hands down amazing. Everyone here is so positive and I recommend everyone to try this place out! Sad to say, after 2 years or so, my last visit was yesterday...

My Forever Smile is the best in customer service. They are passionate about your child’s success throughout their Orthodontic experience. My child had an issue with her retainer and the staff got us in and out in a manner that they were happy to help us even after treatment was complete.
